Students who choose to have their housing facilitated through NYCDA will be assigned shared, apartment-style accommodation in our Manhattan residence hall, located at 81 East 3rd Street, New York, NY 10003.
Housing assignment is at the discretion of the Conservatory.
The residence hall is clean and professionally run, with secure entry, on-site laundry and other amenities.
A residence hall agreement form and a non-refundable $400 deposit are required to reserve housing.
Room occupancy preferences are honored, when possible, based on available inventory and deposit date.

Housing Prices & Affordable Student Living Options
Explore our housing prices and find an affordable living option that fits your needs. Learn about costs, amenities, and what’s included to make the most of your student experience. Each apartment style accommodation has multiple bedrooms, as well as a shared kitchen, bathroom, and living space. Layouts vary from suite to suite. Prices listed below are based on the occupancy of an individual bedroom within the apartment-style suite.
2024-2025 Academic Year
Prices include a refundable $500 damage deposit if the room is left in good condition.
– TRIPLE-OCCUPANCY: $17,200
– DOUBLE-OCCUPANCY: $18,400
– SINGLE-OCCUPANCY: $26,000 (limited availability to Second-Year Students)
The New York Conservatory will be managing our resident hall and will provide a Residence Director and Residence Assistants.
