Summer Intensive Training Programs
Summer program auditions are conducted or by video submission. If you are ready to submit your audition video, you can send the video file or post your video on YouTube and send the link to admissions@nycda.edu with “Summer Audition – Your Name” in the subject line. Please choose your preferred program below to learn about the audition requirements:

Please prepare a contemporary (1950s-present), one-minute monologue that suits you. It should be from a published play, tv show or film. We recommend you are familiar with the full piece to fully understand the character you are portraying.
